YouthBuild Springfield offers job training, education, counseling and leadership development opportunities to unemployed and out-of-school young adults between the ages of 17 and 24.
YouthBuild Springfield is part of the Massachusetts YouthBuild Coalition and is the only program which requires 51% of its’ participants to be female.
