Local 877 is proud to administer its very own three-year apprenticeship program, required for obtaining a Massachusetts Refrigeration License through the Department of Public Safety. Local 877 works closely with employers to provide its members with the best training and education, including a minimum of 300 hours of classroom time, plus on-the-job experience.
