CPHCs learn to design to the Phius Certification climate-specific building standard, the leading passive building certification in North America. Projects earning Phius certifications (Phius CORE, Phius ZERO and Phius REVIVE) follow RESNET QA/QC protocols and achieve excellent HERS scores, US Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home status, and adhere to EPA indoor airPLUS requirements.

n addition to the course, trainees will also receive 12 months access to over 40 hours of pre-recorded videos and additional training materials. Trainees who successfully complete the program are eligible to take the certification exam.
