PROGRAM INFO

This program provides industry-specific technical training to community members interested in Green Energy careers, a field that is growing rapidly in Massachusetts. The programs also helps place graduates in weatherization jobs, setting them on a path to good pay and promising career ladders in the expanding green jobs industry.

What to expect:

  • Week 1: Hands-on technical training
  • Week 2: Soft skills training and financial coaching
  • Weeks 3 – 10: Job placement with paid training
