The Lead Consultant and their team of management consultants interview employees, observe the environment, and analyze financial data before using their expertise to come up with solutions. Reports, proposals, and solutions are made and changes are implemented. The team monitors results and the Lead Consultant keeps in close contact with the client after the team is finished to ensure project sustainability and client satisfaction.
